Refund & Replacement Policy
At Yukinova, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Replacement Policy
We offer 10 days replacement from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
Replacement is applicable if:
- ✔ The product is damaged during delivery
- ✔ The product is defective
- ✔ Wrong product delivered
To request a replacement:
- ✔ Contact us within 10 days of delivery
- ✔ Provide order details and product images/video as proof
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
2. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
Only replacement requests (under valid conditions) will be processed.
3. Refund Policy
- ✔ Refunds are not applicable unless replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
- ✔ In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be applicable if:
- ✔ Product is damaged due to misuse
- ✔ Physical damage after installation
- ✔ Request made after 10 days
